What is your return policy?
Refunds and exchangesWe fall in line with the ECT Act 25 of 2002 whereby we offer a full refund if goods are not delivered within 30 days of purchase date (this excludes import items) 
1A. Please note if an item is damaged upon arrival and you have taken courier insurance on your parcel, we will determine whom caused the damage and the liable parties will replace/refund the item. 1B. If the incorrect item is sent we will offer an exchange at our own cost, if for any reason the item is no longer available we will offer a refund.1C. We do not refund on items that have already been delivered to you and you no longer want the item. (Buyers remorse is not refundable - the client is responsible to ensure that the goods are to a standard for the need its intended) 1D. Please ensure that you order the correct size as we do not cover exchange costs on this nor do we offer refunds if you did not make sure of the correct sizing. 1E. If a refund has been agreed, we will require a bank confirmation letter with the correct banking details to process the refund. Please also understand that payments can take up to 72 hours to reflect.No 3rd party accounts will be accepted.1F. No undergarments will be exchanged.(Lingerie and Costumes) 1G. No PPE items will be refunded/exchanged once delivered,this is as per the Covid 19 Regulations. 1H. Any opened returns/exchanges will attract a 10% handling/restocking fee as per the CPA. 
Do you offer gift cards?
From time to time there will be gift coupons, sent randomly.
What are the payment options?
There is no payment options, payment confirm order and delivery.
Courier Policy
Please note that the courier services used to transport your parcels are independant companies. 2A. Upon placing your order you will receive a disclaimer regarding courier insurance.Please kindly reply with either "YES" or "NO" if you select yes we will send you the amount including insurance on an invoice, should you choose no, you will receive an invoice with a standard courier fee. 2B. Courier insurance covers your parcel if it were to be damaged of in the event of a hijacking where the parcels are stolen or in the event that a parcel goes missing.Please note however if you choose NO INSURANCE we will not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred.Should an incident occur,it is your responsibility to make contact with the said courier not ours. 2C. Please ensure that delivery details are correct as we do not take resposibility for incorrect information received whatsoever
Import Stock Lead Time
Leading time: To be safe: 21 days - 30 days, for container to get to South Africa. From the container to the supplier may take maybe another week.
Courier Fees
Courier fees ain't included in selling price, peuducts may vary from weight to size, Couriers have their own fees, lastly it depends on the area where you stay and how far.
Courier Delivery Time
Local Stock, take up from 4 - 14 workings days, we say it to our customers, because there can be a delay, like containers, truck, courier, looting, etc. Things that is not in our control.
